Hi, I’m Caroline
I’ve been practising, teaching, training and mentoring Pilates since 2002, after qualifying as a comprehensive Pilates instructor with Pilates International in London.
Originally from Cape Town, I studied history and psychology before beginning a career in education and research.
It was in London that I discovered Pilates—and quickly realised I had found my life’s work. I’ve been based in Ireland since 2004, supporting clients through movement ever since.
My approach is rooted in the belief that Pilates is both a method of rehabilitation and a way of living well in your body. I create a calm, supportive space where people can move safely, build strength, and reconnect with themselves.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, I work with a wide range of bodies and conditions. Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move with more ease, strengthen & stretch your body & future proof your bones, Pilates offers a way forward.

Qualifications:
An internationally recognised and qualified Pilates Instructor & Educator, Caroline holds the following additional degrees & certifications:
