Caroline Anderson

carry profilePassionate about Pilates, Caroline has been teaching, educating and mentoring in the field of Pilates for over a decade. Graduating as a comprehensive certified Pilates Instructor in 2002 with Pilates International, London, UK. With a previous career in research, Caroline combines her skills as a researcher and experience as a Pilates instructor to provide a first class service to her clients and students alike.

Pilates was started almost a century ago as a method of rehabilitation and continues today to be one of the most successful methods. Working with The Alzheimers Society, Irish Wheelchair Association and Waterford GAA to mention but a few, Caroline advocates Pilates as both a lifestyle and as a method of rehabilitation.

Pilates is also the perfect companion for all other physcial activities. If you are unable to take classes with Caroline you can download her iPhone and iPad App, Pilates on the Small Ball. Her Irish produced Pilates DVDs are also available on loan at most of the larger libraries in Ireland and available to purchase internationally through this website.
