Private Classes


As every individual's postural requirements and physical needs are always different, so private classes are tailor-made, to meet the needs of each client.

So whether you are looking to start Pilates for rehabilitation needs or whether you have been recommended to start by your Osteopath or Physiotherapist or simply want to improve your muscle tone, flexibility, mobility and posture, one-on-one classes can offer you exactly what you’re looking for and in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

A class will normally begin with a warm up, moving on to a series of exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen core muscle groups (abdominals, hips, buttocks and lower back). Free weights and the use of equipment, for example, the Swiss Ball, Power Ring, Flex Band or Foam Roller are often used in one to one sessions.

 


Classes are designed to suit your requirements – whether there are one, two or three of you interested (up to five) in private classes find out how your needs can be accommodated by contacting us.
